Parent-Child Mother Goose Program: A Special Time for Parents and Young Children
Our agency has a beautiful, nature themed play/meeting space for children and parents to gather to play and learn located at 2425 69 Ave. S.E. Calgary AB. We offer Mother Goose programs on Tuesday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
The Mother Goose Program is a welcoming and interactive experience where parents, caregivers, and young children come together to enjoy the magic of rhymes, songs, and stories. Designed to foster strong parent-child connections, this program provides a relaxed, enjoyable space to share meaningful moments and build early language skills.
A safe space for parents, caregivers, and young children
Every Tuesday morning (10-12) our play space is filled with gentle songs, playful rhymes, and engaging storytelling, encouraging parents and children to interact in a fun, nurturing environment. With no screens, no distractions—just quality time together, it’s an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the simple joy of laughing and learning.
What Happens in a Session?
Each session is led by an experienced facilitator and includes:
✔ Interactive rhymes that encourage movement and engagement
✔ Simple, soothing songs parents can use anytime at home
✔ Captivating stories that spark curiosity and imagination
✔ A welcoming space to connect with other families
This program is designed for parents, caregivers, and children aged 0-3, though older toddlers may also enjoy the experience. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to participate and enjoy time with your child.

About the South East Calgary Community Centre
All of our programs and services are FREE and easily accessible (wheelchair access included) in the Millican Ogden community of Southeast Calgary.
The South East Calgary Community Centre is located in the community of Ogden. The centre is easily accessed by vehicles parking available, city transit and wheelchair access to main floor.
